SPECIALIZED LINK CHECK

Is this Notion page actually public?

1 min readPractical guide

Check whether a Notion or notion.site link is likely reachable by someone outside your workspace.

What this check looks at

Recognize Notion links
Check logged-out access
Look for login walls
Inspect tracking and expiration signals

Before you share

Before sending a Notion page, test the exact public or shared URL rather than relying on your signed-in workspace view. A recipient may see a login prompt or a restricted page even when the link opens normally for you. Confirm that publishing is enabled for the page and any linked databases or subpages the recipient needs. Re-test after changing access because an older copied URL may not represent the final sharing state.
